When does the recipient receive the file email?

If the sender is a guest, the recipient gets the email only after sender verification. If the sender is logged in, recipient email is sent immediately.

How long is the sender verification link valid?

Guest sender verification links expire after 15 minutes. If not verified in time, the transfer is deleted automatically.

How is monthly usage tracked?

Usage is tracked by your From email. We count both transfer count and total uploaded bytes in the current month.

What happens after 3 days?

The file is automatically deleted from the server and the transfer link stops working.

Why did my upload get blocked?

Uploads are blocked if file type looks unsafe, spam signals are detected, or your monthly free-plan limits are exhausted.

Can I upload very large files reliably?

Yes. This tool uploads in chunks with retry and live progress so network hiccups do not fail the full transfer.
